Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how Yardique (“Yardique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit yardique.com (the “Site”), and explains the choices you have about that information. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

If you use our Contact page, we collect the information you submit, typically your name, email address, and the content of your message, so that we can respond to you. If we add a newsletter signup in the future, subscribing there will collect your email address in the same way, and this policy will cover that too.

Usage Data

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, referring site, and general device information. We use this to understand how the Site is used and to keep it running properly.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site and to understand how it’s used. This includes:

  • Essential cookies, which are necessary for the Site to function correctly.
  • Analytics. We use a self-hosted analytics tool that reports aggregate visit statistics (pages viewed, visit duration, and similar) without using tracking cookies or collecting personally identifying information. We also review aggregate search performance data through Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which reflects how the Site performs in search results rather than tracking individual visitors.
  • Advertising cookies. Where the Site displays ads, our advertising partners may set their own cookies to serve and measure ads and, in some cases, to personalize the ads you see. See “Advertising Partners” below for details and opt-out links.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Respond to messages sent through the Contact page
  • Send newsletter content, if you’ve subscribed to one
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site, such as our hosting provider, email service, or contact form software, to the extent they need it to perform that service.
  • Advertising partners. As described below, our advertising partners may receive information through cookies placed in your browser when ads are shown.
  • Legal reasons. If required by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of Site users or the public.
  • Business transfers. If Yardique is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we’ll provide notice if that changes how your information is handled.

Advertising Partners

Yardique works with, or is in the process of working with, the following advertising partners. Each partner has its own privacy policy governing how it uses cookies and data:

  • Google. Google may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this and other websites. You can learn more, and opt out of personalized advertising, at Google’s Ads Policy page.
  • Ezoic. Details on Ezoic’s data practices are available in Ezoic’s Privacy Policy.
  • Media.net. Details on Media.net’s data practices are available in Media.net’s Privacy Policy.

We don’t control these third parties’ cookies or data practices directly. See the “Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure” page for more on how advertising and affiliate relationships support the Site.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and, for California residents, rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information is collected and to request that it not be sold (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Links to Other Websites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including retailers and advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
